Develop Great Learning Material – I absolutely loved the coaching process. I felt very engaged throughout the session. Karen was also very hands-on and I could get immediate feedback. The benefit of not having to sit in a classroom the whole day saved me a lot of time and I was able to focus on implementing what I had learnt that day. A very good alternative to classroom learning.
