Business Writing – Thank you for a wonderful business writing course and experience. I so enjoyed the two days and gained many new skills and insights. Karen was a wonderful teacher and very inclusive with the entire group all on Zoom. I appreciated the personal feedback on our homework exercises which deeply embedded some of the learnings we had been taught. It was refreshing to be brought up to speed with modern thinking and writing and I realised how much I needed to be on this course to write and communicate better. I think of you every time I start to write.
