Facilitate The Learning – I successfully completed Facilitate the Learning with Gray-Training, during the height of the initial and then extended Covid Lockdowns. Beyond the content of the course, when a facilitation team draws you in over a monitor to the extent that you feel you are participating in an in-person session, you know that they are special. They live what they teach. The deep support and authenticity of the team’s approach – even virtually – makes the learning a visceral experience. The content is challenging, safely managed, inspiring and practical. I learned how to facilitate learning, and moreover, I learned how to learn! Thank you.
