Facilitate The Learning – The training was well structured and thought-provoking. Training started with theory basics and self-evaluation. The tasks were progressively more complex and challenging. The tasks focused on the different types of facilitated learning; theory &, practical as well as the challenges of disruptive environments. The home-based projects broadened understanding of SETA and unit standards as well as Outcome-based Education and Training. On top of all of the above, we were well fed and looked after. And the cherry on top; it was a lot of fun!
