Ask yourself the 4 Q’s before you hit send:

You’ve written that document. It’s finished and you heave a sigh of relief. You have run a Spell Check and you are comfortable with it. But before you send it off, ask yourself these four questions to make sure that the document reads well:

1 – Is each sentence complete? Does it have a subject and a verb?

2 – Do the sentences begin differently to make it interesting and engaging?

3 – Is there variety in the length of the sentences? Are some sentences short and some longer?

4 – Does the writing sound right?

It’s quick, it’s easy and it can make all the difference to your writing.
